Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome. A separate pet fee will apply. Please supervise pets outdoors and clean up after them to help keep the home guest-ready; additional cleaning fees may apply if extra service is needed.
Backyard & Marsh Area: The backyard is not fully fenced and borders a marshy creek area, where water levels may rise with tides or rainfall. Guests should use caution and supervise pets and children while outside.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this policy is not followed.
Security Cameras: Exterior cameras face the front and back of the home for property care and added peace of mind due to the nearby marsh.
