The home’s interior was really nice. The kitchen came with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard could be nice however it needed mowing and the patio furniture left a lot to be desired. Also, the backyard is not fully fenced in and there’s a concerning drop off into a marshy creek area…..anyone with young kids beware because the water can get pretty high….there really needs to be a low fence there if they wish for the creek to be a feature of the rental. Lastly, when I made the reservation, I indicated I was bringing my small dog and there was no mention of a pet deposit. It is also not on the listing that a deposit would be required for pets. It only said pets were welcome! For this I rated a 3 on communication. I’ve rented through VRBO for a while now and I’ve always indicated and disclosed about my dog. Going forward I will be on high alert for the name Casago and will pass this along to others who I know use the site.

A fantastic stay! Super clean and neat/tidy in a cute little neighborhood which was convenient to everything Charleston and what the town has to offer. Perfect for my fur brother who loved the choices of doggy bed options and huge back yard for fetch and lounging! Overall, highly recommend... And if back in Charleston again, definitely going to see if they're available first! Thanks!
