This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath rental offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing week. From the front entrance, you’ll walk into a large open concept living/kitchen area with full dining set. Plenty of seating for the whole family around the large screen smart television. The kitchen offers a full appliance package along with dishes, pots, pans, cups and flatware. Down the hall of the living area is a full bath, as well as the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Off of the kitchen is the second bedroom with twin over queen bunk bed an additional half bath. At the rear of the property is an enclosed porch with a walk-out to the backyard that abuts the marsh conversation land. The property also offers washer & dryer and central air conditioning. Guests also have use of the association swimming pool at the end of the private road. One assigned parking spot with an additional visitor space (1st come 1st serve)
