Overall, it was a wonderful place. Perfect spot in walking distance of the main Hampton strip. Gary was so helpful and nice. My only concern was the room I stayed in wood smell like cigarette smoke so im not sure if it was someone outside or if there are smoking rooms inside.

Easy walk Hampton Beach and the state park into breakfast shopping I just by the beach taking an early morning walk Ot was a nice full apartment for five people or four adults and two kids with a pullout couch. If you had to leave to go left toward Salisbury, you didn't have to go down Ocean Boulevard
