Perfect Location

I stayed here recently with my Mom, my husband and my three small kids. There was plenty of room for all of us which was wonderful. The location is great, easily walkable to the playground, beach, and seashell stage area. Although you are in the middle of the strip, it was relatively quiet up in the bedrooms so the kids slept with no problems. Sadly this unit is in dire need of some maintenance work. For example, one of the bathroom sinks was completely unusable because the faucet knobs were broken off. More than half of the light switches in the unit did not work and there were many burned out bulbs. In another of the bathrooms, the door did not shut because it rubs against the tile floor. All of the bifold doors on the closets were either broken or missing. This place could go from an OK rental to a phenomenal rental with just a little TLC.
