I liked the atmosphere and the decor - I liked the indoor brickwork and use of timber. I t was a very handy stop for my daughter and I as I was not very familiar with the area or where to stay this place looked attractive to stay at and had a restaurant with an appealing menu.

I normally stay only in 4 & 5 Star properties. Unfortunately I miss placed my trip and needed one more night. This was the only option. And I was pleasantly surprised. Extremely good value. The pub was really friendly and the food was excellent value too. And the view from the room was exceptional. See my photo

We really enjoyed our stay. All facilities are clean, cosy and comfy. The staff super nice. But the bonus was looking out from the balcony at the amazing view and the few farm animals they keep - lamas, sheep, goats - watching these creature roam around, enjoying the view... it was so lovely...

Room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. Air con was great as it was a cold night. Parking was in front of our room and no traffic noise. Just had toast and coffee for breakie in the sunroom. Pleasant stay.

The room was like ice when we arrived, the bathroom was tiny cold, not well designed, no hooks for towels, shower screen so tiny the water went everywhere and migrated to the toilet. Had to use our bath towels to mop up excess water. The bed was terrible mattress cheap and lumpy, bed squeaked every slight move in the bed. The bed felt like it was going to collapse at any minute. The spare bed was horrendous sagged in the middle. I be honest we couldn’t wait to get out of there and lest as soon as we woke at 6am in the morning. I guess you get what you pay for. So disappointed!
