Very comfortable bed and hot shower. Helpful stay for easy check in and they even scheduled a taxi to the port for us which was exactly on time. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and convenient. Definitely will stay there again!

Up market feel, ideally situated , clean , comfortable and well appointed rooms. Every staff member we encountered was ,warm friendly and welcoming whilst maintaining a highly professional attitude. We stayed for a Celebrity Cruise and we could walk to the cruise terminal within 8-10 minutes. The breakfast buffet was excellent!

There was no air conditioning as was advertised. When it was brought to the teams attention they stated there was nothing they could do as the booking was down through a third party (Expedia) and that there were a number of rooms that hadn’t had ac for a while. The worst part is that they said they would send maintenance up, nobody came. Then they said they would send the mgr up, nobody came. Then when we followed up AGAIN, they said the maintenance team annd the mgr all went home and there was nothing they could do.

The location was perfect since it was right by the cruise terminal. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Great food in the restaurant. Definitely would stay here again.
