Bearing in mind this hotel is an express overall its a good hotel for a quick nights break but 2 nights was my limit. No air con in the heat we have had wasnt the best but they did supply fans which were very good quality. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. Think they should swap the muffins for pain au chocolate so the kids have better choice. Location is good for southampton as only 10 min car ride. Overall I would stay here again for a night
