The room was ok. I checked the bed for bed bug none detected but the bed protector had all kind of particles, hair, old plastic tweezers just could have been better. The couch was torn and had all kinds of stain on it looked disgusting. I was very disappointed. I will be looking elsewhere for future stay.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at the hotel and we had spoken to the front desk about the lack of housekeeping. Knowing that the room is cleaned every other day, we never had any kind of attention to our room. We spoke to the front desk on day 3 and yo get clean towels , but it was never followed up. We checked out on day 5 and spoke to the manager on duty about the lack of housekeeping. The trash was overflowing, we had no clean towels and no linen changes in 5 days. When we checked out, we got “sorry about that” and that was the end of it. We travel to Indiana every year and we will stay elsewhere next time.

Just needed a room near the HardRock Casino, and we chose this place. Was very tidy and clean etc, breakfast was nice, plenty of parking, and a couple of restaurants nearby.
