Absolutely outstanding, the staff are so welcoming they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The animation team are fabulous. I will recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact we plan to go a May with a group of family and friends. It’s couples and family oriented.

With regards to room amenities definitely not a 4 star. No kettle , slippers, ironing board and room outdated. Limited options during low season, food was average too. Staff was excellent & very helpful. Not much around the area just a few basic shops /cafes. Don't book this hotel ! Food is terrible, cleanliness and food hygeine appalling, 5 days out of 7 someone defecated in the pool and it was then closed and the gym is a death trap. Schöne Anlage, leckere Verpflegung und höfliches und nettes Personal. Man hat grundsätzlich alle Annehmlichkeiten die man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt.
