The room wasn’t that clean. You have to ask the server several times for things to be brought to you. The pools were nice the and entertainment was on point. Other than those everything else is just fine. One day they had mussels at the buffet and the server will give you 3-4 pieces only po.

This hotel claims to be a 4- but our experience was zero stars – every aspect was unacceptable. And we weren’t alone; every other guest we spoke to during our stay shared the same disappointment.

Dirty ,old and no good food

First of all, the hotel was very old, rooms are terribly bad , bathrooms are very dirty. You woudnt want to spend time in the room . Pool was okey but food was very very very low quality. It seems they use the cheapest of evetrything.

The hotel is aging, most amenities are closed, pictures doesn’t really reflect reality… it was quite boring in there. I wish them good luck, but the hotel needs investment to get back in shape and attract more clients

Katastrof

Åk inte hit. Hotellet mer som 2 stjärnor, absolut inte så som det beskrivs. Det finns inget spa, inget vattenland, ingen fotbollsplan, ingen basket, ingen tennis. Rummen är lika stora oavsett om de heter två eller trerum. Vi bytte rum tre (!) gånger. Ett av rummen hade vy mot poolområdet, ljudnivå så hög på natten fram till halv ett så man inte kunde höra sin egen andning. Service i reception under all kritik. Service i matsalen bra men väntetid extrem med kö till det som lagades. Vi blev bestulna på rummet (vår iPad) och receptionen svar var ”ni har glömt den ute” men vi hade med den enbart för en fotbollsmatch och har inte haft den utanför rummet! Dusch lös, räcken trasiga, sängen extremt hård, AC trasig i ena rummet. Safety box i ett av rummen fanns, men var ur bruk. Inga batterier i tv-kontrollen. Smutsiga lakan vid ankomst. Hemska kuddar. Lampor lösa i väggen. En person tog fel rum och låste upp vår dörr med sin nyckel osv. Jag är inte en kräsen person, men detta alltså. Nej. Absolut inte. Åk inte hit. Det som var bra var poolen, havet och viss personal i matsalen, fotografen var snäll och trädgårdsmästare samt underhållarna trevliga. Lärdomen blir att det finns alltid dom som har det värre och nyttigt för barnen att se att världen kan vara annat än lyx men för denna saken skull så är detta totalt falsk marknadsföring!

Katastrofalt usel service

Urusel service i reception. En bra kvinna och en katastrofal. Vid incheckningen kom en bell-boy och tog min resväska. Ingen information om någonting från receptionen och ingen skriftligt information på rummet. När jag skulle hämta en poolhandduk så påstod receptionisten att den levereras till rummet, vilket var falskt. På kvällen var det två män i receptionen. Jag fick handduken mot en deposition av cirka 100 kr. När jag återlämnade handduken tog katastrofen emot den men jag inte tillbaka depositionen utan hjälpte andra gäster. När jag skulleåka förbokad taxi till flygplatsen så kom ingen bil. Jag skickade meddelande via whatsup. Jag gick till receptionen och bad den vänliga kvinnan att ringa till taxibolaget. Katastrofen påpekade att det kostar 10 Dinarer=34 kr. Jag trodde att hon skämtade. Jag fick veta att bilen skulle anlända inom 5 minuter dvs 25 minuter försent. Katastrofen påpekade spydigt att jag skulle betala för hjälpen. Jag sträckte fram mitt kreditkort eftersom jag ville vara säker på att pengarna inte hamnade i en privat ficka. De ville ha kontanter. Jag har besökt över 100 länder och bott på hotell i mycket varierande standard men aldrig fått så usel service. Aldrig mer det hotellet!

Alles in Ordnung, das Essen ist gut, nur das Servicepersonal ist freundlich, wenn wir ein Trinkgeld geben, ansonsten sind sie unfreundlich und man muss um Wasser betteln, obwohl wir All-Inclusive gebucht haben. Die Animateure waren sehr nett.

J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel Nahrwes et je dois dire que l’expérience a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Le service était tout simplement impeccable : le personnel est chaleureux, toujours disponible et extrêmement professionnel. Chaque demande a été traitée avec rapidité et attention, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable. Les chambres sont propres, bien aménagées et très confortables. Le cadre général de l’hôtel est reposant, et tout est pensé pour le bien-être des clients. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne en quête de qualité, de confort et d’un service irréprochable. Un vrai coup de cœur.

Abbiamo appena soggiornato per una settimana in questo bellissimo hotel: è stata una vacanza spettacolare. Non solo per la bellezza della spiaggia che è incantevole con un mare azzurro e pulitissimo, non solo per i servizi della spiaggia e della piscina fronte mare, e delle piscine inserite nel giardino mediterraneo rigoglioso ed anch'esso curato nei minimi particolari. Ma ciò che ha fatto la differenza vera è l'incredibile gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, dai concierge ai camerieri, dal servizio delle camere, pulitissime, al sorriso sempre acceso di tutto il personale di sala dei vari ristoranti dove si mangia benissimo. Veramente benissimo. Questo hotel con il suo personale ci ha regalato davvero una settimana di vacanze davvero speciale. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di guida turistica x Tunisi e Cartagine, veramente prezioso e disponibile. Come aver usufruito delle escursioni, nello specifico a cavallo nella macchia mediterrana, che è stato un vero spettacolo per gli occhi. Sempre con una gentilezza straordinaria. Non sono abituato a fare recensioni e tantomeno esagerare con le descrizioni. Ma consiglieri un soggiorno in questo hotel a chiunque, famiglie o coppie, perché è stata una vacanza davvero bellissima. Tutto lo staff si merita queste parole di ringraziamento. Magnifico soggiorno.
