Very disappointed

We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel staff, especially the on-site manager, are quite rude and refuses to deliver on their promises. We planned our trip around access to day-use and were told multiple times over phone and in person that it would be no problem. When the day came though, we were met with an extremely arrogant and rude attitude and it was no longer possible (although we asked specifically the night before). We don't have any issues with circumstances changing, but being treated like crap from the on-site manager is unacceptable. We will definitely not return and don't recommend anyone to stay here.

Hotel El Fell was excellent value for money and our room on the beach with 2 views was five star. The hotel itself is a little tired looking but refurbishment is happening now, March 2019. Food was great value for money but not a lot of choice. All in all i would book again.
