Je tiens à partager une expérience extrêmement décevante dans cet hôtel, que j’avais offert en cadeau à mon père… et qui s’est malheureusement avérée être le pire cadeau que je pouvais lui faire. Dès son arrivée, on lui a informé que, malgré un forfait “tout inclus” payé, aucun alcool n’était servi en raison du premier jour de fête. Il a même dû donner de l’argent directement aux serveurs pour pouvoir être servi, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. L’hôtel était presque vide, et la situation s’est encore aggravée lorsqu’il a perdu l’électricité toute la nuit dans sa chambre. Impossible de joindre la réception, aucun service, aucune assistance. Il a passé la nuit dans le froid sans pouvoir obtenir de couvertures supplémentaires — ce n’est que le lendemain qu’il a enfin réussi à parler à quelqu’un. La piscine intérieure est fermée depuis des mois, sans aucune indication préalable. Quant au buffet, c’était catastrophique : presque rien à manger, quelques légumes frits et une sauce avec de la viande, sans variété ni qualité. Bref, une expérience honteuse du début à la fin. Nous ne retournerons certainement jamais dans cet hôtel. Mon père m’a confirmé que c’était la pire expérience de sa vie.

This hotel is the worst hotel i have never seen before , the services is bad , the room is dirty , roaches are everywhere , the cleaning staff did not come , the TV was not working and in the top of that the reception guy wanted to charge me 140 € more than waht is wrriten in the Hotel.com invoice , will never come back to this horribal hotel ,
