Property is not easily accessible for disabled people - doors are narrow and have high entrance ways. No reception at the property, it is managed by another motel over 10 minutes walk away. Dirty markings on the mirror. Towel rail had signs of rusting. Toilet paper is cheap office supply.

Having to check in at another hotel was inconvenient and not obvious when booking. The stairs needing scrubbing. The cleaner entered the room as he knocked and didn't give me time to say do/don't come in. It would have been good if other pillow options were available as the ones provided were very puffy and high and I couldn't use them, but the motel had no other options.
