Only about 25 minutes from Hobbiton, which made it a great place to crash after the evening banquet tour. We arrived rather late and it was quite dark. When we woke up in the morning and saw the view we were blown away. Gorgeous spot with comfy beds.

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming - and we were even able to check in early. The place is in a nice quiet spot on a farm just a 15 minute drive from Hobbiton. Perfect location to stay if visiting there.

Lovely, well kept and super clean studio appt. Our hosts were very welcoming to us, and knowledgable about the local area attractions. The studio is set in the rolling hills, and is a real farm-stay gem. Continental breakfast supplies are in the studio so you can have breakfast whenever you like. Well stocked pantry and kitchen too. Lots of parking should you need it. If we come back to NZ at some point, we will come back here again :) Fyi...it really is a great base to travel around the local area. ( Hobbiton is less than 15 mins away).
