Staff was incredible. A delayed flight meant we wouldn’t be there for the first night and they were really helpful adjusting the reservation and refunding the first night. Location is great. All the siblings and in-laws pick Bitterroot when we are visiting.

I wish this hotel was in a city that I frequent more. The desk staff on both check-in and check-out were very friendly and got me in my room swiftly. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and after a days drive, the hot tub was perfect. Plenty of parking. The massive park adjoining the property made for a great place to walk the dog and check out some wildlife. While not on my normal travel path, I'm considering heading back soon for a weekend getaway.
