Sure, the place needs a reno to update the looks but apart from that, everything else was great. The location is beautiful with great amenities around it. Staff was kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved it!

Better than expected.

As many have commented, the facility is not brand new, but we can see that the bathrooms are renovated, and the linens are as clean as other Scandic hotels. Their Spa facilities are also excellent. Staff was also nice and helpful.

Overall, it's pretty average. The hotel is old, everything is shabby and worn out, there is dust in the room, old garbage from previous guests that was not taken out, left in the room. The liquid soap ran out and no one bothered to refill the bottle. There is only one hanger for towels, although the room is designed for three. Check-out is at 12, but the cleaner came at 10 and without knocking opened the door of the room and entered the room. At the same time, I am naked in the middle of the room, screaming at him not to enter. A nightmare!

Aulan henkilökunnan palvelun ja ystävällisyyden osalta patannettavaa. Jos hotelli avoimesti mainostaa DEI-ideologiaa niin se pitäisi myös näyttäytyä asiakaskokemuksessa. Nyt se oli päinvastoin ja näyttäytyy enemmistöä väheksyvänä politiikkana. Maineikas hotelli pilattu heittämällä perinteet romukoppaan, samoin hotellia ja huoneita ei ole remontoitu Scandicin toimesta. Valitettavasti.

Ok, das Hotel ist optisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, nichts desto trotz ist der Service in Ordnung, das Personal hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt war auch eher dem Spa Bereich gewittmet und der war toll. Auch das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.
