It took me a while to locate the check-in, but a helpful lady at a nearby restaurant guided me to check in at UNO Hotel. The room is comfortable, and the location—right next to Hamburg Central Station—is very convenient, with many attractions within walking distance.

Solo Travellers Avoid. Having paid for a twin standard room, I was allocated a converted (10 foot by 6 foot) store room, with an 8 foot by 4 foot bathroom attached. In the bathroom, if you are any larger than a size medium, you will not fit in the shower. The staff were unhelpful and had no interest in honouring what I paid for. If you are travelling solo, do yourself a favour and pick anywhere other than here.

The room was very small. Generally not an issue. But especially the bathroom is so squeezed in that it's uncomfortable. Also, basically no storage for your luggage and items. But that's it. Only issue really is the size.
