I had a lot of luggage, and the front desk staff, without hesitation, helped me get it all up to my room. The staff was also sweet and helpful when ordering my taxi in the morning and answering all my questions. The room was lovely and clean too. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean. Location is perfect with plenty of boutique shops, restaurants and more in walking distance. Public transportation to airport is very convenient.

The light in the room is dim, no good light in the bathroom. No good light anywhere in the room. No shampoo, no conditioner, just the hand/foot soap. The hairdryer - is working only on low setting, keep shutting itself down when trying to use on high setting. No phone in the room to reach out to font desk, try to find the hotels phone on the internet, but no one picks up that phone, just set of select that, then select that. In the end, if you need something, you have to go downstairs by yourself. No coffee maker and everything that you used to see in normal hotels. No ironing board/iron. Staff has to bring it upon request. The clock on a wall had no battery in it, why to put such clock there then?

Das Hotel ist mit dem Bus gut erreichbar, liegt jedoch nicht im Zentrum. U-Bahn Stationen sind in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, einfach eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Gut gelegen und tolle Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Leider sehr dunkle Zimmer mit sehr schlechtem Licht, sehr geringer Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Leider fehlt ein Ganzkörperspiegel, zudem wurde mein Zimmer auch 2 Tage hintereinander nicht gereinigt.

Tolles zugewandtes Personal. Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber und entsprechen der Beschreibung. Die Lobby ist sehr großzügig und ansprechend gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch der gut gelegene Parkplatz ist ein großes Plus für den Gast. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die selbstschließenden Flurtüren. Die könnten besser eingestellt sein, damit sie nicht immer mit lautem Geräusch zufallen.
