Great hotel. Very modern, good size rooms, great location - walking distance to central station, also close to several transit stations. Room wasn't huge but a good size, very nice washroom. Lobby had a foosball table and some games, my kids made use of that space - especially as a cool down area during the heat wave. Really good breakfast, lots of options (both hot and cold food). Also lots of seating, we could always find a spot even during peak periods. Excellent option for exploring Hamburg!

The Hotel location is excellent, 2 blocks from the Central train station and shopping streets. But don't use the hotel in summer because the air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work. The hotel gave us a fan and we maintained the windows open.

Staff was excellent—efficient and helpful, especially in Mysa, particularly Nay Krause and Ada. Only criticism is the bathroom sink area does not allow space for toiletries, shower was difficult, sink would not close.
