Odd arrangement! Hotel guests are set up in a vacant part of an independant livining area in a senior home. Some Bolt drivers could not find the pickup/dropoff spot at the hotel/senior residence entrance. We booked a larger room/ apartment with kitchenette.. kitchen area was very small and cramped, behind a door.. awkward arrangement... feels like visiting a senior living complex.

On the plus side, the room was spacious and clean. However, several of the staff were quite rude and we did not feel at all welcome. The building is also a retirement home, and I felt that was the main focus and that the hotel was just a side hustle. Breakfast is advertised until 10, but the limited buffet is not replenished after about 9.30, and on the 5 mornings we were there it was very depleted by 9.45. We were disappointed to be advised by email a few days before our visit that the swimming pool would be closed for maintenance, and unimpressed to discover on day 4 that it had actually been open throughout our trip but an email update had not been sent. Also, just for information, the sauna rules state that you should only use it naked!

Værelset stank (509). Trods konstant udluftning kom vi ikke af med luften i de tre dage vi boede der. Morgenmad var god, poolen var god (dog en anelse til den kølige side), perfekt placering af hotellet ved zoologisk have og u-bahn.
