It's a great place if you're gonna stay a few days, the breakfast is great 👍 and the rooms too. Definitely I'd choose it again. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd strongly recommend go there through bus, if you take the S-Bahn there'll be a lot of stairs

We booked this hotel especially because of Air Codntioning, as advertised on the website and when we checked in AC wasn't working at all. When we asked staff about this, they said AC is broken and they are looking to fix it. We stayed there for 3 nights and they didnt fix the AC at all. It was terribly warm inside the room and we tried to open the windows, but it was too noisy, as it was next to the main road. There wasn't any fan or anything, when we asked few times they provided small fan, which was not enough to cool the roon enough.

The breakfast is close to excellent, even for us active people who demand more fuel than some simple white bread, cookies etc. The staff was friendly and communication was easily executed in english (in contrast to most of the staff at Deutsche Bahn - unbelievable!!). The only minus I can think of was the hair of a previous guest all over the place in the bathroom...
