Check in am Telefon für 9:00 Uhr geklärt und bestätigt bekommen. Dann bei Ankunft wusste der neue Mitarbeiter von nichts. Bisher kein Geld zurück erhalten, da sowohl das Hotel als auch Expedia nicht fähig waren, die Buchung zu stornieren. Sowohl das Hotel als auch Expedia wird von mir gemieden. Unfassbar schlechter Service.

Das Zimmer hat Feuchtigkeit. Die Fenster sind undicht. Das Bad ist nicht beheizt. Die 2 Matratzen schoben sich immer auseinander (Besucherritze).
