The staff were extremly welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel has a great vibe with all the bars and restaurants located within. Breakfast was amazing, the choice of food and drink was excellent. Rooms are clean and comfatable, spa and pool are perfect for relaxing. Could not fault this hotel at all. Amazing stay and would highly recommend staying here if visiting Hamburg.

This hotel is elegant and nice, accommodating staff, lovely, spacious rooms and bathrooms, nice pool area as well. When I’m only giving three stars then it is due to three things: Parrots in a very small cage, I found that heartbreaking and unnecessary, location is good but a bit far from the city centre if you want to walk and last thing is the breakfast buffet - it is lovely but limited options for vegans. Overall I would recommend this hotel but would personally not choose it again.
