Very clean and neat, the showers and toilets aswell. The cabin itself was nice and bed was confy. A liked the speakers you could bluetooth to your phone. The dayroom with terrass was nice. The only thing to consider was that showers and toilets were situated in cellar floor a bit away from the cabins.

Room was clean, as were the separate toilet and shower facilities. It was just that I had economised too much. I should have paid extra for a proper room with a private bathroom and ample room for my luggage. Staff were really good and helpful. There was a reasonable bar in the wider reception area. This was also the area where a buffet breakfast was served. It was an "eat all you can" buffet, but the choice was very limited. No hot food at all. And the room was too small to accommodate all the guests. It was available only from 800am onwards, which was too late if I wanted a full day out.

Check-in and checkout were easy with friendly staff. The cabin was compact but very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet, prices in the bar were good and the facilities were clean and tidy. It is very close to the station and good value. I would stay here again if I returned to Hamburg.

A wonderful capsule hotel! Great staff, very clean! Absolutely would stay here again. Good pricing and very close to the Hauptbahnhof. The area surrounding gets a bad wrap. As a solo female traveler I exercised more caution late at night, but never felt unsafe. Don’t be stupid, and stay aware/trust your gut and you’ll be fine.

Stay here for the first night after a long ass flight to fight off the jet lag. Otherwise you basically sleep in like a tiny bed pod , and they have a cool cafe and downstairs shower room. So yeah great for getting good sleep , after that book a different hotel for sure.

Good value. Very clean for shared facilities, and there were enough showers etc that there was never a wait. It was my first time in a ‘pod’ hotel, but I would return. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more of an extensive beer and wine list (I felt the choices were rather limited)
