The hostel charged me for parking dispite not being accessible due to construction. Getting the refund turned out to be a hassle not worth it. Both hotels.com and a&o hostels have proven to be useless when you need to fix their own mistake. Not to mention the frustration of not being able to find a place to park the car overnight.

Leaky windows, spotted sheets and a mattress so hard the floor would be a softer alternative. The elevator was scraping against the walls on the ascent to 7th floor. We didn't dare taking it back down. The whole hotel looked like it had been occupied by squatters with stains on floors and walls.

I had stayed here before but it must be under different management. The staff at the desk is more interested in showing you how to do the self check-in than anything else. The plug in the room fried my converter and tripped the breaker so I had no power all night and when I woke up, I couldn't even use the bathroom. I told the staff at the front desk and they just blew me off. Later I told the afternoon staff and they just told me I shouldn't have used the outlet in the room. WHAT! Why are there outlets in the room if you aren't supposed to use them. Terrible service and will not stay here again. The breakfast was the only redeeming quality but this place has no service at all. I was blamed for not having any power in my room. Don't stay here.

Amazing

I highly recommend this place. Amazing experience, got a free upgrade to the main hotel . The breakfast is affordable and a lot to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have no complains at all and I will gladly book them again.
