Our room was very clean and having the kitchenette and washer/ dryer was very convenient. The hotel is pretty easy walk from the main station or you can U1 subway line two stops to Mebberg station which is right outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would definately stay here again.

Hamburg train station doesn’t look safe. The hotel is very convenient, only two stops away from main train station. Only 1minute walk from the subway station. The area does not look safe but it’s very quiet and clean inside. Breakfast was great! Many varieties.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the center of Hamburg, the Rathouse, and the Überseequartier. Street can be noisy at nigth, but the rooms are big, comfortable and well equipped.

Everything was perfect except for the fact that we requested for a quiet room and hotel staff still allocated the room right beside the sauna and pool (it was so noisy the whole night with the door slamming every now and then). Other than that, the room was really comfortable, clean and close to city center.

Although the location is good for city access, the traffic noise and sirens make it hard to have a good night sleep. Rooms are very dry even with a window open. Went to use the sauna and it wasn't turned on - had to get someone and wait. Their breakfast buffet is very overpriced (27 Euros) but other options outside the hotel are available. Our biggest issue is we booked a room with Expedia that could sleep 3 guests. There was a base price with a 35 Euro extra for the 3rd person. We attended a family reunion and our 3rd guest was only with us 5 of the 11 nights as she was with family the other nights. The hotel (via Expedia) billed us for a 3rd guest for all 11 nights. I argued with the Hotel but they said I have to take it up with Expedia. I emailed Expedia and they did not reply. So we paid 210 Euro more than we should have for the room.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. Location was fantastic if you want to access the main tourism spots; many are walkable from this hotel. The rooms were so soundproof, the traffic and even summer road construction could not be heard. The hotel restaurant was also very enjoyable.

I had to leave a day early and advised them of this when I checked in. They said it was too late to cancel so I assumed I had the rooms (2 rooms) for the full three days. On day 2, fifteen minutes after check out time, the front desk demanded that I leave, even though I had paid for the third day. After some back and forth I received an hour extension. I paid for the third day and they said that was my "cancellation fee". The received full payment for two rooms (day 3) that were never used by me. I felt they could have been a little flexible. Behavior like this can really ruin ones vacation.

The room was very modern and comfortable. Love the apartment amenities! Perfect location to get around town and take public transport. The staff were also very nice and they let us access the room early!
