Amazing apartment in the perfect location

This apartment is very spacious! We felt right at home. We appreciated the coffee maker, the free WIFI and the generous dining space. We also really appreciated the elevator! It is close to public transportation, so even though we had a car, we left it in the garage and used the bus to get everywhere we needed to go. A note to future guests: If you choose the parking option, be prepared for a surprise! It is a unique parking garage. The owner is very good at explaining directions, so you will not have very many questions,

Great stay!

Great stay in Hamburg! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive during check-in, and the location was outstanding - very close to transit, restaurants, shops, etc., but on a quiet block. We hope to be back in Hamburg one day and would stay here again. Many thanks!

Good Location, Nice Flat

The location and flat itself was very nice. The wifi was not working when we got there (we were international so we needed wifi to use our phones) We contacted him about it right away, he said to try a few things and when those didn't work he would get someone in there to fix it. we were there for 5 days and that was the last we heard. It was not fixed the entire time. A little disappointing.

Met our needs very well for location and size.

Comfortable , well equipped, very clean. We only had one bath towel each so more towels would have been better. Information on the best closest place to do laundry would have been helpful. I sent messages to owners requesting information but did not get a response. Not sure why. Thank you to you both for helping our stay in Hamburg and excellent experience.

Das Elbkontor hat grundsätzlich 4 Sterne verdient. Aktuell ist fast das ganze Haus eine Baustelle. Dafür muss leider ein Stern abgezogen werden.Die Interaktion mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, aber sehr hellhörig. Im Haus finden zur Zeit Renovierungsarbeiten statt, daher tagsüber recht laut, nachts aber super ruhig. Die Stellplatz-Anlage war bei der Ausfahrt defekt, wurde aber innerhalb von 2 Stunden repariert.

Es war leider keine gute Erfahrung. ImHaus gab es Renovierunsarbeiten, desweiteren wies die Wohnung Mängel auf: Kein warmes Wasser, die Parkgarage konnte nicht benutzt werden, defekte HiFi Anlage, defektes Ceranfeld….wir sind deshalb am Montag wieder abgereist

Städtereise Hamburg

Diese Ferienwohnung ist für eine größere Gruppe von Personen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir heben es genossen 3 getrennte Schlafräume zu haben und ein großes Ess- Wohnzimmer. Auch die 2. Toilette (eine im Bad, eine seperat) ist prima bei vielen Besuchern. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Lage- nah genug am Bahnhof Altona um durch die netten Straßen mit vielen Kneipen und Cafes zum Bahnhof zu laufen und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Hamburg

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war sehr gut.Wir hatten nur eine Einschränkung mit dem Kinderwagen, da der Aufzug defekt war.Ansonsten bot die Wohnung alles, was man benötigt.Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man in Hamburg mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall hinkommt.Wir haben im Parkhaus am Bahnhof geparkt und sind ca. 10 Minuten gelaufen. Unser Fahrzeug war höher wie 1,5m.Sollten wir wieder eine Unterkunft in Hamburg benötigen, dann gerne wieder dort.Solltedem
