The room like everything else in Japan was clean and well maintained. The raised floor to enter the bathroom and overall size was not great. The room is small and the bath area reminded me of an RV bathroom.

Great hotel, but check the room type they give you

Great hotel but be sure to state that you want a no smoking room. I wasn't aware I needed to do this and ended up in a room which smelled very smokey and stale. In the hotels defence I didnt ask to be moved as it was only for one night but be sure to check when booking. Other than that the hotel is perfect for one or two nights. Very close to the station and serves a great breakfast with both Japanese and Western options.
