施設内どこも清潔感があって気持ちよく快適に過ごせました。子供と一緒で禁煙室が良かったけど喫煙室しか空いておらず妥協してそのお部屋にしましたが、部屋の中は喫煙室といっても全然気にならないくらい快適で東急さんだったら喫煙室でもありかなと思いました！

2泊しました。最初、エアコンの音がうるさくてスタッフの方に丁寧に対応頂き、部屋を変更頂き、快適に過ごせました。 駐車場のホテルのカードが最初使えませんでしたが、これもスタッフの方に即対応頂きました。また朝食が大変良かったです。
