Spacious Holiday Home in Jutland With Terrace

This spacious holiday home near Koldkær actually consists of two houses in one. The main house was partially renovated in 2019. The annex was built mainly in 2019, as only three outer walls of the original remained. In the as new Annex there is a practical utility room, an open kitchen area, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with two bunk beds and thus four bunks, the upper bunks can be completely folded up when they are not needed, and so have two single beds. There is also a double bed in 3/4 size in the Annex, which is surrounded by a larger, partially covered and south-facing wooden terrace, which is also fenced. The energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump, the wood burning stove and the washing machine are located in the main building. There are also the kitchen and a bathroom and both bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the bedrooms here the room height is lower than in the annex next door. Outside there is a large, open terrace area to the east and south and a covered, south-facing area. In addition, sandpit on the natural plot. Not for rent to youth groups!

Make yourself at home in one of the guestrooms featuring refrigerators and microwaves. Bathrooms with bathtubs or showers are provided. Conveniences include coffee/tea makers and washers/dryers, and you can also request cribs/infant beds.
