Large, spacious holiday home with whirlpool, completely renovated in 2017, situated on a 139 m2 plot in a quiet area with beautiful nature. The house is undisturbed at the end of a dead end. The entire house is modernly furnished with two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, one of them also with whirlpool. The house is an activity house and offers u.a. Billiards, foosball, air hockey, Nintendo Wii, a large 4K TV with Netflix / Streaming and a very fast wireless fiber internet connection. You will also find board games and other games / toys here. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and connected to the living room. There are four bedrooms in the house and a Hems with two mattresses. In the living room there is a DAB radio with Bluetooth and another 4K TV with Netflix / Streaming. The beds in two of the bedrooms are 160 cm wide. Folding tables and folding chairs are available in the two smaller rooms. Since the two smaller rooms are located directly in the activity room, they are certainly suitable for the children. The house also has a washing machine and a dryer. To the northwest there is a 45 m2 corner terrace, where you can enjoy the evening sun. 10 m2 of the terrace are covered, so you can sit outside even in the rain. If you arrive with fewer people, a part of the house can be locked and does not need to be heated. The house is well insulated with newer windows and is heated with wood burning stove or cheaper air / air heat pump. Nearby there is an 18 hole golf course, mini golf and a fishing lake. No rental to youth groups.
