"Booked because of free shuttle for airport/ferry. No driver at ferry when I got there, called the property, a driver was there about 10 minutes later. Could have been hung up with traffic but there was no communication as to why he wasn’t there. Room wasn’t ready until 3:10, no shower pressure, patio door would not shut all the way and could not be locked. Place is good otherwise, but the food and drinks were overpriced.
