Accessibility
There are no bedrooms or full bathrooms on the first floor. Guests must be able to climb a flight of stairs (16 stairs total) to access the bedrooms and full bathrooms. If this presents a problem, we are sorry that we cannot host you. Please cancel within the stated cancelation period.

House Rules
1. No smoking of any kind, inside or outside of the house.
2. No parties.
3. No pets. The owner reserves the right to assess an additional cleaning fee for pets brought in violation of this rule. Our daughter suffers from severe pet-related allergies, including to “hypoallergenic” pets,
so we maintain a strictly pet-free home. Emotional Support Animals are not service animals according to the ADA and are not welcome in our home. We respect that you love your pets; please respect our
decision not to have them in our home. Lots of rentals allow pets—please choose one of those if you want to bring pets along.
4. No sticking or taping decorations to the walls.
5. No outside noise after 10 p.m. Please respect that you’ve rented a home in a quiet residential neighborhood with lots of full-time residents who are not on vacation. This is a San Mateo County
6. Ordinance, and the neighbors will not hesitate to enforce it.
7. Please also turn any exterior lights off by 10 p.m., particularly the back patio lights.

CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL CLEANING : Enhanced professional cleaning and sanitation process has been certified to minimize the spread of harmful pathogens.
