I only stayed two nights to see what Hakodate has to offer, it did not disappoint. On the first night I left my itinerary at the reception and tried to call the front desk in bad Japanese (I didn't know how to say itinerary in Japanese), but luckily they kept it to one side for me which was very kind of them.
The hotel is very convenient, 5 minute walk to the sushi restaurants and the train station, and 7 minute walk to the morning market in Hakodate, which is a definite must if you are going to Hakodate for the first time.
The hotel provides a free breakfast which is nice, but didn't overeat due to keeping my appetite for the morning market, but I really liked the milk yoghurt drink that they provided, and I never drunk anything else like it in my trip to Japan.
The hotel staff were very nice and supportive as well, a bit sad to say goodbye to them.
