I was so pleasantly surprised by what was offered. I booked an overnight stay on my way to Sapporo. I had no experience with this chain and expected an average service/facility. For one night, I didn't mind. However, the staff were organised and welcoming. Unlike similar hotel chains, they had four lifts to take guests up and down. Everywhere was super clean. More importantly, the room was spacious and very comfortable. All facilities were new, and every item in the room was organised logically to make it easy to use. Overall, a very positive experience.

Nice comfortable stay

It was a nice clean hotel with the basic amenities. Location was good and was few minutes walk to Goryokaku Park, Starbucks and a plethora of izakayas and bars left and right.. Downside is, you have to pay for parking even though in the website it said "Free Parking", and it wasn't cheap.. Room was decent, but you could hear the roaring of the motorbikes from outside.. The hotel is 100% smoke-free but they could have at least provided a small smoking area outside of the building like other hotels do.. not a deal breaker though..
