We were there for the cherry blossoms at Goryokaku Park, and this hotel was a convenient place to stay. It’s located right next to Hakodate Station, making it very easy to travel in and out of the city using public transportation. The hotel also offers complimentary toiletries, which you can pick up in the lobby area. The staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay.

Hotel is located near to Hakodate station & morning market is a short walk away. Room is spacious at 30 sq metres but very basic with hardly any storage space or table/shelf top space. Located in a very convenient spot of Hakodate City. Massive access to city tram, railway and buses. Housed next to a mini shopping mall, there are many dining options and if nothing is for you, there is always Lawson - direct access, no need to leave the building! If you are driving, huge carpark in front of the hotel. Hotel is very well maintained, rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds. In-house onsen is great to unwind after a long day out, and with free ice cream. Service - excellent.

This was booked the day we arrived. It was close to the train station, had an onsen and we booked the room that sleeps six even though there were only three of us. The extra space was nice. The onsen rules said no tattoos so I went into the onsen super early in the morning to avoid offending anyone. I'm unsure if it is an issue being a hotel that hosts foreign travelers and nothing was said at the front desk. The onsen was spectacular. We opted out of the breakfast because it was expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at.
