Great location right next to the train and bus station. The staff was always polite and helpful and there were plenty of amenities available anytime we needed them. The room itself is pretty big for a Japanese property, we never felt cramped. The breakfast was a super bright spot, we looked forward to it all three mornings we were there.

Typical high standard Japanese property. Took the stay with the breakfast package, which most reviews encouraged and was not disappointed. Good location if you were relying on the efficient train services. (Only less than 5 minutes). The famous morning market is also the next block from the hotel.

The staff and cleaning crew were great. The location is superb.However the hotel is really dated, they don’t even have a keycard access to use the elevator . I could hear the drain pipes clearly every time someone used a bathroom. The insulation of the hotel is really poor….The hotel did provided free earplugs at reception, but didn’t help at all….the breakfast was great tho.
