Dacre House is a large 5 bed 3 bathroom house in the heart of 1066 Country with a super sized indoor swimming pool and a hot tub waiting to welcome you for a luxurious break. The views from Dacre House are the best in East Sussex looking across the South Downs and Birling gap. Loads to see and do locally and the beaches are only 5 miles away!

This wonderful house has been well modified and offers an exceptional vacation experience. It has a true home from home comfort. Two lounges. one boasting a red telephone box and the other with an amazing LG 85" TV with Sky services. The pool is large, very well maintained with the water heated and crystal clear. The three of us, including our 14 year old grandson, had a blissful 8 nights which he spent hours in the top end hot tub located in a secluded corner of the huge gardens. Like all youngsters, within minutes our grandson had his phone connected to the built in speakers.The only possible negative point to note is that there is some traffic noise from the road outside. This was a little more pronounced as we had the windows wide open because of the heatwave. But the double glazed windows closed eliminated most of it. The views are spectacular!Finally, the hosts, Peter and his wife are really friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.We highly recommend this property.
