Fantastic deal and owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Outside of building has garbage along street but that is outside of owner's control

The room was comfortable, with its own fridge, and shared kitchen facilities. Small grocery nearby. Very convenient to the bus to Hof HaCarmel and Dado Beach. Near Masada Street Carmelit Station and all the cafes. Walking distance to the Baha'i Gardens.

Exploited owner of the flat

Additional to my previous comment, after I rented the flat and payed the rate the owner of the flat asked me to pay $50 for cleaning and serves while the flat is not clean and I didn't know what i have payed for previously. Therefore, I could find a hotel with a nice breakfast for less than $100 while there was nothing even a bottle of water in the fridge. I totally payed more than $100 for four hours staying in the flat. The owner who I didn't see him asked me to pay extra $50 before entering the flat. He has exploited me and I advise every one to not rent from him.

Everything is explained in advance by clear instructions and clear photos sent by whatsapp and email. Self check in and self check out Close frequent local buses Grocery shop at building Good wi-fi and air-condition Quiet neighborhood but 400 meters walk to the gardens so we can enter there every day free of charge. And above all quick answers from the property owner by whatsapp and telephone.

Weird

We don't speak Hebrew so there was no way to get a key. You had to.go to a corner store and get a letter with instructions. Owner wanted to.charge addition 20$ because we didn't habe some form filled out we never had heard of. We forfeited the money and booked at a hotel

Fantastic little apartment in the heart of Haifa

Wonderful, clean, convenient apartment. Close enough to German Colony and Bahai Gardens to be convenient, just far enough away to be quiet. Don't miss the great Georgian restaurant Mimino, just one block up the hill on Arlosoroff Street. Highly recommended

Avoid this place!

The owner of this hotel is also the only manager and he is a brutal scammer and a crook. After my reservation, the correct amount was first taken from my credit card and later double that amount was taken with the excuse that the amount originally charged was only a third of the cost. The worst came later when we were told on the first night when we arrived there that no rooms were available. We had all the papers with the prove that we had a reservation and the money was taken in advance! We finally got only one dirty room instead of three that we had reserved and the rest of us had to stay somewhere else. And we never got the money bach, which was payed three time more. The one room we were given was very low in quality and far from what was promised.
