Our house is quietly and centrally located in Neugartenstraße, just a short walk from the lake and the landing stage. The town center with shops and restaurants is also just a few minutes' walk away. Our apartments all have south-facing balconies with partial lake views.



Each apartment has a parking space in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the garage, where there is also a charging facility for e-bikes.
