Everything was good until I went to take a shower and I noticed blood on both towels. I took the towels to the front desk and they took them from me and gave me fresh towels. They refused to give me any kind of discount or refund. I even had Hotels.com call and they refused.

Staff was friendly. We were charged an extra $20 for the room to be non-smoking when it was not advertised as “smoking.” Hall carpets had visible debri. Shampoo did not lather well. Room was clean. Bathtub had hair in it.

Only building in town to lose electricity after 20 min of light rain. No a/c sweat all night to wake up to a pitch black bathroom so no bathing either. Asked manager for some sort of refund instead she yelled at me for 10 min, telling me everything was my fault lol, then completely ignored me. Said her name 30 times, didn’t look up, and she just left. Never experienced anything like this from choice hotels but it is what it is. Don’t stay here!
