The staff, specifically Elon, was awesome. He was very pleasant and make check in a breeze. We got to our room and noticed that the pillows were a little small and only two on our King bed. Not a big deal, but I spoke with Elon and he told me he'd see if he could find some more. To my pleasant surprise we got a knock on the door and had two more plump pillows delivered with a smile. Microwave and fridge worked great, and we knew in advance that there were no coffee pots in our room so I brought my own portable pot. Would definitely recommend.
