Modern open-concept apartment (Hagen Emst)

We are offering a modern 78-square-meter apartment in a two-family house in a quiet, central location. The apartment is located in the sought-after Emst neighborhood on a quiet residential street.

The apartment (on the top floor) was built as part of a retrofit in 2013 with an open-concept living space. Great emphasis was placed on maintaining a high standard. For example, the attic beams were exposed and refinished for aesthetic reasons. The apartment features hardwood flooring in the living and sleeping areas.
