Very nice hotel like other Dormy Inns we have stayed in. Clean rooms, good onsens, all amenities we need. Staff were polite but, strangely, absolutely refused to make a call to a local restaurant for us to book a table (unfortunately we only have a data SIM in Japan so could not make phone calls).
