Exceptional value for an authentic traditional hanok stay in a great location right next to the observatory. An easy walk to most of the central sights, shopping and eateries, and buses to further flung places, including the train station. A warm reception from the friendly host, and a basic but filling breakfast.

This place was absolutely adorable. It was quaint and quiet, but also in the best location. It’s in the middle of everything in the best way. Convenience store on the corner and an amazing park across the street that I kept finding myself going back to. Almost everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, but there was a very close bus stop for all the place that were farther away. Breakfast was simple with tea/coffee, pastries, and fruit, but delicious. The ladies that ran it were so nice and attentive, as well. I was also able to leave my bags after check-out. The bus station was easily walkable or only a few dollars by taxi if you have heavy bags. I really enjoyed Gyeongju and will definitely stay here the next time I’m in the area.

Host is really sweet. She provides new towels and water bottles daily. For breakfast, she personally provides toasted bread and jam and coffee and tea. Our room was really clean. Location is excellent, a walking distance to many tourist attractions. Lots of food and shopping a walking distance away. I recommend this place.

Lovely traditional hanok in a super convenient location in Gyeongju. Walkable to all major attractions of this museum city, in addition to being a short distance from the city center if you need to do some shopping. Lovely property, super clean, well-kept, and the hosts make an effort to communicate with non-Korean speakers, their patience was so appreciated. The rooms are modern, a good size and had strong AC for the hot and humid summers. Lovely stay!

This is a beautiful quaint Hanok property. The exterior is historically picturesque while the interior is modernized. It’s super clean and very conveniently located to the historical sites, and the main strip of local shops and restaurants. A stone throw away is a 7/11. A lovely Starbucks is nearby. About 20 steps to the right from the entrance is a wonderful restaurant that looks like fine dining but the food costs is inexpensive. I wished I booked more nights here. It’s a very relaxing place to be.
