Run down love motel needing upgrades

I am surprised as to all the glittering reviews of this place as it is an aged old love motel needing to be refreshed and upgraded. There are plenty of more modern places near by for a slight more money. It is however spacious, in a great location and the owners are very service oriented and friendly.

We stayed on the first floor and we were unable to change the temperature in the room. Normally we would just open the window, but the window was locked and we could not get any air flow in the room. Also, there was no staff around to inform of this issue.

가성비와 친절한 서비스에 만족합니다.

출장으로 이용을 하였습니다. 가격적인 면이나, 서비스에 대해서는 매우 만족합니다. 주차장이 있어서 차를 이용하는 투숙객이 숙박을 고려 하겠지만, 주차장까지 도달하는 주변 도로 환경(도로 주차 차량 등)에서 접근이 용이하지 않을 수 있습니다. 내부 시설은 최신식은 아니지만, 관리를 잘 하시어 꽤 청결한 상태 입니다. 다만, 해바라기 수전이 동작 안한는 문제나, 샤워 거치대가 일부 파손되어서 약간 불안한 부분이 있을 수 있습니다. 황리단 길까지 가깝기도 하고, 바로 인근에 농협 하나로 마트가 있어서 간단한 요기거리 장만도 쉽습니다.

Excellent location close to the Bus Terminal

I did this trip as a solo traveler so the location was very convenient bc of being so close to the Bus terminal. The owner has been very friendly. I came at 8:00 am to drop my bag and he was very helpful and kind. He also gave me a very nice room.

桜のピークに宿泊しました。立地がよく、設備の割に手頃な価格でした。いわゆるモーテル街ですがそんなにいかがわしい感じもありません。オーナーが変わっていて(前のオーナーの友達とのこと)、韓国語と英語しか通じなくなりましたが、現オーナーも親切で、近隣の地図とともに効率良い回り方を教えてくれました。韓国を旅慣れた方にはお勧めの宿です。

경주에 돼지갈비집 좀 만들자.

숙소의 시설이나 서비스는 만족합니다. 그런데 저녁에 고기 좀 먹어 볼려고 고기집을 찾는데 고기집이 없더라구요. 맨 빵집과 밀면집만....택시도 타고 찾아봤는데 정말없데요. 참고하시기 바랍니다.

주인분께서 친절하십니다. 건물 내 주차는 2자리 정도, 골목길에 주차도 가능합니다. 다른분 후기처럼 방음이 좀 안됩니다.(문쪽 아니라 창가쪽) 제가 묵었던 방은 중앙난방식이었으며, 침대에 전기장판이 따로 있습니다. 외풍이 있어서 춥습니다... 온수는 좀 나오는 게 늦어 씻기 1~2분 전쯤 미리 틀어두세요. 객실 청소는 진짜 잘되어 있어요!! 엄청 깨끗함!!! 금관총&야시장(6문) 5분 거리, 천마총&황리단길 10분 거리에요. 시외버스터미널 3분거리. 하나로마트 근처 2분 거리. 경주시내에서 저렴하게 묵기에 적합하다 생각함.

저렴한 가격에 좋은위치의 숙박시설

야경코스로 경주여행한다고 근처로 알아보던중 합리적인 가격의 숙소를 발견했습니다 겉외관은 화려하지않지만 방안이나 화장실및 샤워시설이 넓어서 괜찮았습니다. 근처 황리단길 첨성대 대릉원등 도보로 가기 가까워서 지리적으로도 참 괜찮았답니다 무료 주차장있어 자차이용시 주차가능하고 뚜벅이여도 접근성이좋아서 괜찮을듯해요 주인장님이 참 친절하십니다 ㅎㅎ 지리를 잘모르니 지도도주시고 여행잘갔다왔냐고도 물어봐주십니다ㅎㅎ 그리고 입구쪽에 일회용 수저 젓가락등있고 정수기 드립커피있고 방안냉장고에 생수있습니다. 세면도구 세트는 달라고하면 카운터에서 주세요! 전객실 금연방이라 좋습니다만방음은 조금 미흡합니다 옆방시끄러우면 소리 좀 들립니다.

慶州の便利で格安のとても良いミニホテルです。

チェックイン時に地図に書き込みをしながら近辺の観光地、見所を説明してくださいました。高速バスターミナルからも近く、部屋も綺麗、また食堂も近くにありという具合で、とても良い印象を持ちました。
