광주 첨단 시내에 위치에 식사하기 편했습니다. 시설, 청결도, 등등 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만, 직원분들이 투숙객이 시설에 대해 잘 알고 있는것으로 생각하는지 설명이 없었습니다. 이용 관련 체크인시 친절한 설명해주시면 더 좋을것 같습니다. 입구 및 복도에서 좋은 냄새(고급 호텔느낌나는 냄새^^)가 나면 좋을 것 같네요. 담배 냄새 같은 꿉꿉한 냄새가 복도와 입구측에서 나서 조금 불쾌했네요.

침구만 빼면 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 침대가 너무 오래되서 스프링 삐걱대는 소리가 납니다. 그리고 너무 딱딱해요.침구는 낡아서 헤진 부분이 많이 보이더군요. 잠자리 컨디션이 많이 아쉬운 부분입니다

불친절한 대응

여러 사정으로 특히 최근의 폭우로 인해 늦게 체크인을 하였는데 일단 직원분이 프론트에 없어요. 그리고 늦게 체크인해주신 직원분도 얼굴에 짜증이 가득한듯 체크인을 해주시더라고요. 그나마 광주에서 나름 괜찮은 비즈니스급 호텔이라 하여 예약했는데도 불구하고 기분이 좋지 않았네요. 다음번 출장때는 다른곳들의 평을 보고 예약해야겠네요. 짧은 출장이지만 숙소만큼은 기분이 좋았으면 했는데 체크인부터 기분이 안좋으니 그다음도날의 기분도 좋지는 않더라고요.

출장숙박 솔직후기 입니다.

광주로 자주 출장을 가는데 이곳에 추천받아 숙박을 했는데 주차는 주차타워에 셀프로 넣어야 한다는 부분부터 불편했어요. 짐꺼내놓고 차넣고 내리고 누르고 등등 중간에 뭐 꺼내려면 직원한테 다시 물어봐야하고… 객실은 화장실 바닥은 물기가 그대로에 침대는 바닥처럼 딱딱해서 허리 나가는줄 알았네요..ㅎㅎ 개인적인 평은 이렇네요…서비스라고는 뭐 짧은시간이라 받아보진 못해서요…그냥 다음에는 다른곳에서 머물다 가려구요.

현지의 친구가 추천해서 2박 이용했습니다. 방도 욕실도 널찍하고, 출입구 문이 이중이라 복도 소음도 전혀 없어서 특히 좋았습니다. 샤워실 배수구 바닥의 구배가 약간 이상(?)해서 막히지도 않았는데 물빠짐이 좀 느리더라고요. 사용상의 무리는 없었으나 암튼 알려드립니다...

주말 2박동안 불편하없이 잘 지내다갑니다 다만 침대 컨디션이 좀 더 푹신했으면 좋을것같네요. 호텔 앞에 공사중이라 이른 아침에 좀 시끄러운것 제외하면 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 남자 직원께서 아주 친절하게 대해주셔서 좋았어요 다음에 이용할께요

침대가 너무너무너무 불편합니다. 골판지 침대 누워본적 없지만 골판지 침대에 누웠다면 딱 이느낌일 꺼에요. 그리고 방이 통풍이 잘 안되는건지 냄새가 좀 나요. 환기 시키려고 창문 계속 열어놓고 있었어요.
