Even in the kitchen you felt like you could be apart of the conversation happening in the living area. It is a house my friends and I decide that it would be a house we would love to come back to in the future."

"Well sorted house 3 minutes from gunstock. 3 bedrooms make it easy to vacation with 3 generations. The driveway is certainly steep and eager to form ice. I put down about 3 bags of salt to solve the issue. I recommend you do the same. AWD and winter tires highly recommended."

"They were very accommodating at checkin, our room faced the road way, I asked about changing to a Lakeview and with out hesitation the young man agreed."

"There’s a sign in the kitchen that says “Our Happy Place.” The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, we had a nice lunch and dinner prepared from the fully equipped kitchen, dogs can easily access fenced(?) deck from the living room while we all played games(host provided). Coming from the city, we all felt very close to nature because of it’s location and view from kitchen, dining and family room. Even our dog didn’t want to leave the front yard while on a long lead. Megan was the perfect host! Communication was flawless and she even allowed us to stay beyond check out time . Oh, and it’s so close to Gunstock and many more attractions which we hope to see more of next time. We plan to keep coming back and make it our family’s “happy place!” Thank you!!!"

"This house is very nice. It was clean upon our arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We enjoyed the soaking tub. Beds are decent but the queen is pretty small if you are used to a king size. Everything is carpet so we were shocking each other a lot! Gas fireplace was lovely. Location is quite nice, close yet secluded. Couches were comfortable. Leather is always best especially for a rental. The only cons are the back porch was solid ice and had never been shoveled. There was a rolled up and bagged down blanket I was going to use to soften one of the twin beds but it had dried blood on it. You would not have known unless you went to use it. I text the property management and they brought over a blanket and mattress cover that day. I would rent this house again."
