Enjoyed our stay here and were in town for Western's homecoming. Breakfast was excellent, liked hot tub, rooms are a bit dated. Price was reasonable.

We stayed here for one night on our way to another part of Colorado, and while the check-in staff was a bit cold, everything else about the place was good, especially the staff at the desk in the morning -- they were delightful and so kind. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet despite neighbors in adjacent rooms, and the place was clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were good. The setting just outside Gunnison is lovely, and we especially liked the rocking chairs around the fire pit, surrounded by tall evergreens. It's possible to walk to town but only on a grassy shoulder, no sidewalk, so that's not ideal. But it's a very easy drive to town (about 2 minutes), where there were good restaurants, at least one of which stayed open past 8 pm. This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we would stay again.

We picked the Inn due to a change in our itinerary while touring the area. A bit on the expensive side but an excellent choice. The grounds are nice and well kept, and the room was spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet during the night. The small fridge and microwave were a great plus, as is the coffeemaker (couldn’t use due to wrong inserts). Very good breakfast, with eggs and bacon, waffle maker, cereal and quite a few options. The stuff is professional and very helpful.

The building is definitely older, so there’s a bit of wear and tear, but overall they do a great job keeping everything clean and comfortable for its age. Breakfast was your standard continental spread; the eggs were a bit salty for my taste, but everything else was solid. The staff was excellent, super friendly and welcoming. They even had a bonfire going at night, which was such a fun surprise! Perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores.

The Inn was just generally a nice place to stay. Food was excellent. Easy to park. Room was clean. Over the years, going back to the 1960's this is the place I stay when I am in Gunnison. Yes, My wife and I are old now.

Breakfast was good and staff were helpful and friendly. The hot tub was also nice. We appreciated the low pet fee as well. Our room had a strange odor to it, and we ended up purchasing Lysol spray in town to remedy it. The room was also very warm even though we did not have the heat on, enough so that we slept without covers on.

Overall experience was good, although the carpet in our room had not appeared to have been vacuumed. The AC unit was very loud and the grate on the front would rattle. The pillows were awful. It was very hard to sleep they had no support and were very lumpy. There was no ice, the one ice machine was out of service, might be nice to have a backup. The overall state of the room was pleasant although it might be helpful to remove TV cabinet and hang the TV. More space would be great. The lamp on the end table is nice that it has a dimmer. Although the top that held the shade was broken. And I could not find a place to plug in a USB or USB-C. There was 2 tears in the quilt that where pre-existing. Breakfast was very nice.
