Property seemed a bit worn and run down, particularly the pool area and sauna. The lack of breakfast options in the morning (in the summer at least) was annoying. Staff was of varying quality, some outstanding (particularly the auto area/valet), some not very helpful.

I have never been anywhere that only had a view of other units windows looking at yours. Was the sky blue? Who could know it. The room was very clean and exceeded my high standards. Only spoke to two staff members. They wee nice. NO VIEW! Didnt even see mention of this in the room description. Not ski season. Beds were old and had springs. Had to pile up blankets to cushion the very saggy section. Tv, bathroom fan, and oven broken in first room, freezer broken in the next, water leaks continuously. No ice bucket either. Balcony is comfortable for one person who wants to view the roof and other rooms. It was quiet. The bathroom was placed in a location that allowed privacy. A nice deep clean bathtub!!! The towels were probably 30yrs old. It had a humidifier! Ceiling fan was great to have. Get a flight to another town if you want to eat. Selections are few, mediocre, and expensive. The pool is good for a few children, it’s small. Two hot tubs are not adults only.

The room set up was great. There was just enough of everything for a quick stay or a longer stay because of the fridge, microwave, and extra kitchen sink. It was roomy and comfortable. There were a few things that could be improved… there are no hair dryers and there was still hair on the shower walls. But the place smells very clean and we slept great.

I was put off by the fact that there was a separate fee for the Hotel and Parking, that was not part of the room fee. This added 64.00 +/- to the cost. Nice place but pretty expensive.

The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The facility was clean and updated. The only issues we had was the parking and the difficulty in navigating around the building. You had to leave your car in the drive, then go ask the way up and over to the second floor to check in. The parking garage is tight and difficult to navigate and it cost $30+ per day to park there. There are not enough parking for the amount of people. Overall it was a nice place.
